The heart of the Samsunn is the modern sauna area. The way it is built provides quiet and offers a view of the Lungau mountain world. Over 800 m2 there are a panorama sauna and crystal sauna, a Kneipp facility, an infrared cabin, a herbal sauna, a steam cabin and a quiet room. The sauna area is textile-free.
There are also a café bistro, homeopathy and acupuncture, an institute for cosmetics and massage, physiotherapy treatments and an ice rink, depending on the weather.

Samsunn is a small, personally run wellness centre and not a large thermal spa factory, and that shapes the experience. Guests call it clean and well kept, and praise the friendly staff, the panorama sauna with infusions and the massages. The criticism is almost always about space: the saunas are small and can become quite full, there is only one whirlpool and there are no separate shower areas after a sauna session.
