Bookbinding has been on the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage since 2020, hand printing since 2021.

The creative courses of Buchbinderei Fuchs in Saalfelden include: STOFFL, a thread-sewn booklet made from an old pair of favourite trousers; analogue art printing techniques such as intaglio printing, relief printing and planographic printing; MonotypWie?, experimental printing with various materials from the print workshop; aus dem VOLLEN schöpfen, papermaking with flowers, grasses and leaves and the upcycling of paper scraps and egg boxes; body & soul, images of the body from a painting and gestalt therapy perspective; from handwriting to calligraphy, working with pen, ink and fineliner; bookbinding, from handmade paper via thread sewing, a linen cover and one's own embossing to a finished book; BlütenZAUBER, printing fabrics and paper with flower colours; and FLASCHENpost, shaping glass bottles with handmade paper.

Additional courses for family or friendship groups and for children's parties are possible on request, by email or by telephone. In the workshop's own Papierladen, handcrafted products can be viewed and bought during opening hours.
