The Bürglalmbahn is a 6-person high-speed chairlift that departs in the centre of Dienten by the ski centre. At the top, at 1,655 metres, the Hochkönig Trail with Skill Area and Pump Track begins. The ride takes 6:40 minutes over 1,736 metres and 577 metres of altitude.

What visitors say
The six-seater chairlift reaches just over 1,600 metres in a few minutes, after which the terrain is mostly flat and easy to survey. The classic round to the Zachhofalm is rated as easy (T1), about 6 kilometres and two hours, partly on a narrow path and partly on a broad gravel and forest road. At the Bürglalm there are a playground, a herb garden and a Kneipp pool, which makes the whole thing more a family outing than a mountain hike. Anyone looking for a demanding walk will find it tame here.
