An 8-person gondola lift runs from Mauterndorf to the Großecksattel at 2,000 metres on the Großeck-Speiereck in a few minutes. Mountain walks with views over the Lungau start at the top. Food is available at the Panorama-Alm at the top, at the Trogalmhütte or at the Restaurant Schi-Alm by the valley station.

The modern 8-person gondola lift, which is also suitable for wheelchair users, runs from Mauterndorf up to the Großeck-Speiereck in a few minutes, to the Großecksattel at an altitude of 2,000 metres. After a mountain outing with the family and views over the Lungau, a meal or a snack can be had at the Panorama-Alm by the top station, in the simple Trogalmhütte or in the Restaurant Schi-Alm by the valley station.
