Directly at the entrance to the Krimmler Wasserfälle lie the Krimmler WasserWelten, an experience centre around the element of water. It consists of the modern Wasserfallzentrum, the interactive Haus des Wassers and the Wasserpark. Exhibitions, hands-on stations and explanations about the world of water invite visitors to explore and try things out for themselves.
The WasserWelten ticket includes parking at the car parks P4 and P5. The parking ticket has to be stamped in the Wasserfallzentrum by 16:30 at the latest.
What visitors say
The WasserWelten lie at the foot of the waterfalls and are a mixture of play park and hands-on exhibition about water, with many stations to tinker at. In practice children get soaked there and then simply carry on; parents who know this beforehand have little trouble with it. It works above all as the conclusion of the walk along the waterfalls, on the same day and within walking distance.
