What visitors say
Combination of wildlife park and adventure park at just over 1,100 metres along the Großglockner Hochalpenstraße. Visitors mention the spacious enclosures with a good view into them, the large number of animal species and the option of buying feed and feeding animals yourself; allow at least three hours. Opinions are divided, though: alongside praise for the care there are complaints about worn play equipment, expensive catering and too little space for lynx, wolves and bears. Free-roaming deer can become pushy, particularly if you have a dog with you.
- · Allow at least three hours, longer with children
- · Bringing your own food and drink helps, the catering is often called expensive
- · With a dog, take care around the free-roaming deer
